About us
OIA Dekoracje is a collaboration between decorators from two of the Tricity’s leading florists: OMNOM i Adel de Flores. We’ve joined forces so that we can bring your dreams and decorations to life even faster and more impressively!
So if you’re looking for someone to create decorations for a wedding, a first birthday, a hen party or a baby shower, or if you’re planning decorations for a corporate event, a shop window display or anything else — you couldn’t have found a better place! Our strengths are:
We are the only company in the Tricity to have as many as six cold stores for storing flowers, including one mobile unit — this means that even on the hottest day, your decorations will be delivered fresh.
Our flower deliveries aren’t limited to visits to the flower market. Every week, we source flowers directly from growers, so you can order almost any variety you could dream of from us!
We have extensive experience in decorating hotel function rooms, wedding venues, restaurants of all sizes, and event spaces.
We have been running our florist’s for 10 years now. Our clients have entrusted us with decorations for venues including the Radisson Blu Hotel, Olivia Star, White Marlin, the Musical Theatre in Gdynia, Audi Gdańsk and the concert stage at the Open’er Festival 2026. Our portfolio also includes the Designer Outlet Gdańsk, Palec do Budki, the Sempre restaurant chain, clothing shops, beauty salons, hairdressers and restaurants… and many more.
We know how important your time is, which is why we’ll always reply to your message within 24 hours.
We have over 20 florists working in our team, so we’ll never find ourselves in a situation where we have to cancel a decoration job because someone falls ill — there’s strength in numbers! We also carry out set-up and dismantling outside standard hours, so that we can accommodate all the service providers working on the day of your event as much as possible.
We have our own decoration hire service, a seamstress and a workshop where we often make bespoke items ourselves.
We are constantly undergoing training and keeping up with the latest trends, not only to create unique decorations for you, but also to continually expand our range of installation techniques and our product range.

How we work
When you’re filling in the application form, we’ll ask you not only about your interior design dreams, but also about the key service providers you work with, as we want to give you as much autonomy as possible and save you time. Based on this information, we’ll be able to sort out the key technical details ourselves — for example, we won’t ring you to ask where to plug in the fairy lights, as the photo booth team has already taken our socket.
